Refund policy

WeBuildBrand has a strict no-refund policy for design services once the design work has commenced. Once design time has been invested, refunds cannot be issued. Deciding to engage with another business or experiencing buyer's remorse does not qualify for a refund. After payment is made, the project will commence, and the final design will be delivered to the client/customer within the specified turnaround time. Please note that turnaround times may vary based on the project complexity, and additional time (approximately 3-4 business days) might be required for potential revisions.
